Spiers Care Home Receives Glowing Care Inspectorate Report

We’re incredibly proud to share that our team at Spiers Care Home has received outstanding feedback in their latest Care Inspectorate report.

The inspection recognised the team’s commitment to delivering compassionate, person-led care and their ongoing drive to learn, grow and improve. Spiers was rated ‘Very Good’ and ‘Good’ across all key areas, with inspectors highlighting the skilled and caring staff who provide consistent, responsive support—making a real difference to residents’ wellbeing.

The report also praised the team’s professionalism, knowledge and motivation across every department, noting the consistently positive outcomes for residents at Spiers.

Inspectors recognised a clear understanding of areas for development, alongside strong leadership and strengthened quality assurance processes. This reflects a home-wide culture of continuous improvement—led by a passionate and proactive team who genuinely care.

Personalised care planning and ongoing investment in the home’s environment and people were also commended, supporting tailored care and a homely setting where residents feel safe, supported and valued.
