We are grateful to do the job we do and privileged that people give us the opportunity to try and deliver better care for their loved ones. It’s a massive responsibility and we do not take it for granted. We’ll always strive to do the best we can, be kind and continuously try to improve.

We plan for the future

We are committed to leaving a positive impact on the people and places we are responsible for. The world’s resources are finite, and we need to protect them for future generations through the actions we take. This can be through changing our own behaviour to reduce our environmental impact or as a business working with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability. Bring the spark

Our name, Anavo, originates from the Greek word ‘spark’, and that word has become our guiding light in how we work together and care for our residents and their families. We’re here to illuminate the way, brighten things up and be a beacon of hope and positivity.

Whatever you want to call it – the Anavo belief, a vision, our promise, or a tagline – ‘Bring the Spark’ are words for us all to embody and live by. Bringing the spark doesn’t always mean grand gestures or thinking outside the box.

It’s about tuning-in and thinking about what someone needs in the moment. Often, it’s the simple things; the obvious. But from small sparks, great relationships grow.
