We know it’s a big call to choose care for a loved one. Maybe their health has declined, or it’s simply not suitable for them to remain with you. There can be many different first steps to considering care.
And we know that everybody is different, with unique requirements, needs and personalities. So it felt important that we build out the care we offer into 4 distinct areas.
Nursing care is for people with long-term conditions, medical or rehabilitative needs requiring 24-hour support.
We understand that you need a break sometimes. Our short-term stay care gives you just that knowing your loved one is in the best hands possible, round the clock.
Residents usually come to live in one of our specialist dementia care homes because of a decline in memory or cognitive ability. As a result, they are no longer able to perform everyday activities and live independently.
We understand that caring for someone at the end of their life can be an emotional time. Our Palliative care takes a holistic approach, by focusing on the 'whole' person.
Marlborough House is intimate, calm and welcoming with a real sense of community. We understand the importance of high quality care, companionship and support for both residents and their loved ones. Every resident is individual and we encourage them to be independent making choices to live their best life.
