Anavo Group is proud to announce the opening of Lancing Beach Care Home, a brand-new care home just steps from the seafront in the coastal town of Lancing. This marks a significant milestone for Anavo and a welcome addition to high-quality care provision in the area.

Designed with resident wellbeing, sustainability, and community in mind, Lancing Beach offers 66 ensuite bedrooms, many with stunning direct sea views. The home has been created to promote comfort, independence, and a strong sense of purpose for those who live there.

Lancing Beach provides a range of specialist care services, including nursing, residential, palliative, and short-term respite care, supporting individuals with varying needs in a warm, homely environment.

The home features a wide range of premium facilities, including:

• 66 spacious ensuite bedrooms
• An in-house boutique, bar, and cinema room
• Landscaped sensory gardens
• A private dining room for family occasions
• The Anavo Club community hub
• Hairdresser, nail spa, and therapy and treatment rooms
• Sustainable features including a sedum roof, solar panels, and green heating provision

To mark the opening, Lancing Beach is offering a Founding Residents’ Offer for the first 12 residents to move into the home. This includes a 24-month price freeze, priority access to the most sought-after sea view rooms, and complimentary hairdressing and chiropody services.

Lancing Beach is staffed by a dedicated team of care professionals, many of whom are local residents, helping to strengthen community connections and create employment opportunities in the area.
