Anavo’s first planning application for a new 66-bedded care home in Lancing, West Sussex was recently submitted.
The new care home will be dedicated to providing high quality specialist care to people with dementia. Residents will enjoy the best environment to thrive in with a range of communal and activity spaces, including a varied street scene. The design of the home incorporates a mix of traditional and modern materials in a contemporary style, and makes the most of attractive views towards the sea.
