As we reach the end of a year like no other, we want to say a heart-felt thank you to our fabulous colleagues – in our care homes and central office – who have worked tirelessly to keep residents safe and spirits high. We have become a close-knit family throughout this pandemic, supporting each other in our professional lives and beyond. We have been touched by the kindness, love and care from the families of our residents, and the generosity of our local communities and partners.
