Hailsham House celebrates the opening of Holly House care suite

Hailsham House has officially opened Holly House, its new 27-bedroom care suite offering residential, dementia, palliative and respite care.

The opening was marked with an “Anavo Around the World” celebration, reflecting the diversity, inclusion and community spirit at the heart of the home. Residents, relatives, colleagues, the Mayor of Hailsham and members of Hailsham Town Council came together to enjoy freshly prepared dishes inspired by cultures from around the world.

Live performances from Jason Lines and Andi Myles-Wright added to the celebrations, while guests toured the new en-suite bedrooms, lounges and dining areas. The suite’s colourful Around the World artwork also helped bring the theme to life.

The week before the event, Nusrat Ghani, MP for Sussex Weald, visited Holly House and met Regional Operations Manager Fiona White, Home Manager Rui Santos and the wider team. She praised its warm, welcoming and homely environment.

To celebrate the opening, Holly House is offering a 10% introductory discount on fees to its first 10 residents. Places are limited, and anyone considering care for themselves or a loved one is encouraged to get in touch.
