Newark Care Home is delighted to announce a special community welcome event taking place on 20th May 2026 at 2.30pm, designed to bring together local residents, families, and professionals for an afternoon of connection, hospitality, and celebration.
The event will formally introduce the Home’s new Home Manager Annemarie Mcnaught, to both the local community and the wider Anavo family, marking an exciting new chapter for the home and strengthening its ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Guests will be welcomed into the home for a relaxed afternoon featuring traditional afternoon tea, live musical entertainment, and, weather permitting, opportunities to enjoy the Home’s outdoor garden space, offering a calm and welcoming setting for residents and visitors alike.
The purpose of the event is twofold: to warmly introduce the new Home Manager to Newark and surrounding areas, and to encourage members of the local community to visit the home, meet the team, and learn more about the care and services available.
