Anavo Group is pleased to confirm the acquisition of the OpCo for Hailsham House Care Home, marking a long-term commitment to investing in high-quality care provision across the region, and supporting the development and enhancement of person-centred care homes.

As part of this investment, Anavo is committed to a refurbishment programme for Hailsham House to enhance the environment for the comfort and well-being of current and future residents. The home currently provides 118 beds and is preparing for a full refurbishment of a 27-bed unit, scheduled to reopen early next year.

Located in a peaceful area of East Sussex, Hailsham House offers expert care from a well-established home team, ensuring continuity of care for residents and their families.  The home features:

• 118 fully furnished rooms with TVs and ensuite bathrooms
• Stunning landscaped gardens
• Varied dining spaces and communal areas
• A diverse range of room sizes
• An on-site hair salon
