Simon is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. He is responsible for Anavo’s commercial activities and has built strong relationships with suppliers and funders. He works closely with the home managers and teams in our care homes and has excelled in securing sufficient supplies of PPE throughout the pandemic.
Christine is an experienced senior leader and has worked in the health and social care sector for over 30 years. Christine trained as a Clinical Psychologist in the US. She has worked in the NHS and the private sector, before switching her path to senior care to follow her experiences with the Elders in Ethiopia.
Rosemarie is an experienced Clinical Director who brings an impressive history of working in the hospital and health care industry to her role at Anavo.
Beginning her career as a multi site home manager for Bupa, Rosemarie went on to apply her experience to a variety of operations management and managing director roles in the sector.
With a proven background as a research professional, Rosemarie holds degrees as specialist nurse prescriber in Public Health, Community Nurse and Nursing from Birmingham City University.
Jamie is an experienced care home operator, with expertise in running a portfolio of homes, overseeing the day to day operation including the estate management of the services, delivering high quality care in services which are staffed by highly trained care teams.
His background in the UK healthcare property market, his business management and operational expertise are perfectly placed to deliver Anavo’s innovative care home services that are both fit for purpose for residents and financially sustainable.
Jamie completed a BA in Economics at Durham University and a Masters in Finance & Management at Cranfield School of Management. Jamie also trained as an ACCA accountant.
A chartered surveyor by background, Ed has over 10 years’ experience in the UK commercial property market. Ed held senior positions with Private Equity Investment Funds, Royal Bank of Scotland and Asset Management Companies.
Ed’s expertise lies in asset development management, investment underwriting and the implementation of portfolio value enhancement.
Ed believes that the environment and quality care are closely interlinked, and the physical environment in care settings positively influences outcomes achieved for residents and enables staff to deliver the highest quality of care.
An experienced CEO and board member with 20 years’ expertise in the care sector with a strong reputation in the industry of delivering transformational programmes. Tom started his career with GSK, Johnson & Johnson & Cambian Group.
He has vast experience in working alongside Private Equity to accelerate occupancy growth, improve operational performance and achieve strong financial performance. Tom has led some of the biggest turnarounds in the sector (Independent Living Group – Secure & LD services, InMind Healthcare – Secure Mental Health, Lifestyle Care Homes).
