Lindridge Care Home, part of Anavo, is celebrating a positive Care Quality Commission (CQC) assessment, receiving an overall rating of Good alongside the highest possible score of 4 in two key areas.
Lindridge achieved a score of 4 for Capable, compassionate and inclusive leaders and Planning for the future – demonstrating exceptional or outstanding standards of practice in these areas.
CQC praised the home’s visible, knowledgeable and supportive leadership team, highlighting how Anavo’s values of empowerment, individuality, respect, inclusiveness and authenticity are embedded into everyday life at Lindridge.
The team was also recognised for going above and beyond to ensure residents remain involved in important life decisions and events. CQC highlighted the home’s highly personalised approach, with staff adapting care and support around each person’s individual needs, wishes and circumstances.
The report described the management team as passionate about enabling people at Lindridge to “live their best lives” and recognised how the home’s focus on developing and supporting colleagues has created a skilled and confident team, promoting continuity of care and positive outcomes for residents.

A score of 4 is the highest available within CQC’s quality statement scoring system and demonstrates exceptional or outstanding evidence in that particular area.
