This November, as we pause to remember the courage and sacrifices of those who served, Sandstone Brook is saying thank you in a special way.

To honour Remembrance Day, we’re offering 10% off all new care placements for veterans throughout the month of November exclusively at Sandstone Brook.

Proud to Be Veteran Friendly

We recently announced that Sandstone Brook is officially the first Anavo care home, and only the second in all of Shropshire, to receive the Veteran Friendly Care Home accreditation.

This nationally recognised award, developed in partnership with the Armed Forces Covenant and supported by the NHS, shines a light on care homes that go the extra mile to understand and support those who have served.

At Sandstone Brook, that means taking the time to recognise each veteran’s personal story, offering care that’s sensitive to their experiences, and connecting residents with local organisations such as the Royal British Legion for extra support and community connection.

As we approach Remembrance Day, we’re reminded that our veterans have given so much.
