Homewell Spring Marketing Suite Open Day in Havant

Visitors are invited to explore the new purpose-built care home on Friday 18th September, with appointment bookings available from that date onwards.

HAVANT, Hampshire – Homewell Spring, Anavo’s brand new purpose-built care home in Havant, will open the doors to its new marketing suite with a special Open Day on Friday 18th September 2026, from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

The event will give prospective residents, families and members of the local community an opportunity to meet the Home Manager and friendly team, learn more about Homewell Spring and Anavo, and view a selection of the home’s beautifully designed rooms.

Guests will also be able to explore the different types of care and support available, ask questions and discuss individual care needs in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Information will be available for visitors to take away and consider at their leisure.

From Friday 18 September onwards, visits to the marketing suite will also be available by appointment. Anyone unable to attend the Open Day, or who would prefer a dedicated visit, can contact the Homewell Spring team to arrange a suitable time.

Designed around comfort, independence and community

Homewell Spring has been thoughtfully designed to provide exceptional residential, nursing, dementia, respite and palliative care. Every aspect of the home has been carefully considered to create a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment where residents can feel truly at home.

Dementia-friendly design will support independence and help residents navigate the home with confidence. Sustainability has also been central to the development, with features including solar panels, a green roof and electric vehicle charging points.
